Thank you for your interest in Gary Middle College. 

When your enrollment request is received, Gary Middle College will contact you to arrange an in-person interview at the school.

Please bring the following documents with you for registration.  If you do not have some of these documents, we may be able to give you some direction on how to get them.

• Social Security Card
• State I.D.
• Birth Certificate
• Shots Record
• Last School’s Transcripts

After the interview process, and your registration documents and application have been processed, you’ll receive an acceptance from Gary Middle College at which time you will select a date to attend orientation.

Once orientation has been completed, you will receive your date to begin school.
